Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be stoked on your order. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges on eligible items. If you'd like a different product, contact us at contact@vergedecks.com and we'll sort it out.
Final sale — no returns or exchanges:

- Blem decks
- Any item marked as final sale at time of purchase
